Work History: Mr. Burghardt has held a variety of technical training, instructional design and project management positions throughout his career, mainly in New Jersey. Most recently he served as a Project Manager and Senior Instructional Designer for Aptara of Falls Church, Virginia from 2011 to 2012. In 2011 he was an Instructional Designer Consultant for TD Ameritrade of Jersey City and also served as a Senior Instructional Designer Developer- Contractor with ADP of Parsippany. Mr. Burghardt was a Master Trainer/Instructional Designer/Developer-Consultant with Comcast of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2010 and also served as an SOP Writer Consultant with Vonage of Holmdel. In 2009, he was an E-Learning Developer Consultant with Avaya of Basking Ridge and also with Image Solutions of Parsippany. During 2008 to 2009 Mr. Burghardt was a Training Implementation Lead with ADP of Roseland. In 2008 he served with Motorola as an Instructional Designer/Trainer Consultant. From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Burghardt was an Engineer 2/Technical Trainer and a Trainer/Program Analyst with T-Mobile, USA of Parsippany. Career Accomplishments: Mr. Burghardt became a Certified Training Manager and Director in 2010. He is adept at creating classroom and web-based training, instructional materials, job aids, technical manuals and user guides. Mr. Burghardt is able to take corporate training sessions to the next level due to his multiple certifications/experience. As a senior instructional design developer, having these certifications allows him to oversee the development process and lead junior instructional design developers. He does the lead training initiatives and ensures that the training unit is fully capable of continuing to train the employees. Along with his many certifications, as a Certified Training Manager/Director, Master Trainer, and e-Learning Specialist, Mr. Burghardt has been elevated to a much higher plateau within the training arena with a special emphasis on performance based training.
