Ms. Redden successfully implemented a number of advanced surgical programs including lung, liver, bone marrow and kidney transplant, bariatric surgery and robotic surgery. The Heart transplant program was one of the busiest programs in the country for several years running, being number one in the nation for one of those years. Ms. Redden managed a number of remodeling projects from design to opening as well as the construction of a new state of the art surgical suite of nine operating rooms, a thirteen bay Same Day Surgery suite, a fourteen bay PACU and a new CPD, all of which opened in July, 2009. In 2011, she designed and managed the construction of a new hybrid OR for a new neurosurgery program that is affiliated with a major local university, which opened in November, 2011. |
