| Narrative: | Mr. Stephen Paul Mitchell is a Senior Geophysicist with BP Exploration and Production, Inc. of Houston, Texas, an oil and gas company which discovers, appraises and produces oil and gas resources. Mr. Mitchell has over 34 years of industry experience and has been with the current company for over 28 years.
